Payment Terms

All major credit cards are accepted. Any credit card fraud and theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Supporting documentation will be requested if your billing address is different from your shipping address.

Shipping

​

Kure Kosmo ships all packages via USPS/ UPS. There is a 3 day mandatory processing period for Kure Luxe Extensions and Kure Luxe Wigs. It also takes 3-5 business days to deliver which is highly dependent on the shipping option selected. Overnight shipping is available upon request; please contact us if interested.

Kure -Made Wigs

All custom wigs take 2 weeks to be processed, constructed and shipped. Please respect the time frame assigned to perfectly sculpt your custom unit. The precision required in creating the Kure units demands sufficient time and your patience will be duly appreciated.

The shipping confirmation and tracking will be availabe via email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Delays & Lost/ Stolen Packages

It is always encouraged to order in advance to allow any unanticipated delays. Based on your order; a delivery estimate will be given. Kure Kosmo is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, Natural Disasters, Increment Weather or Carrier Delays. Kure Kosmo is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note the delivery date assigned to your tracking number to avoid any incidents of stolen items.
